Informativeness of Journal Title Article reviews requirements Scientific articles that are published pass the “double-side blind” (anonymous) review (by the editorial board editor in chief and two members of a council that are suggested by an editorial board). An author and a reviewer do not know each others names; reviewing is used for all of the articles of every issue. He journal is published in regular (4 times a year). It means that the journal is periodic and is registered in the ISSN international center. Conclusion on the following items are given in a review in mandatory: 1) if the article suits Journal topics 2) if there are clearly articulated new scientific results in the Article 3) if there are enough logical substantiated conclusions in the article 4) if the author's point of view has enough arguments, 5) is the material clearly presented in the article, 6) for which readership is this article interesting . 7) Does the article duplicates the work of other authors or previously printed part of the author ( in whole or in part ) . 8) what is this article role between other peer-reviewed papers already published on this topic , 9) any errors or mistakes were made by the author, 10) is the article recommended to be published without corrections and editing. The presence of this review does not deprive the editorial board of the journal the right of directing the article for internal review. The reviewer should be sent to the editors review within two weeks. The application process for publication
The Date when article was received is fixed. All scientific materials received by the editorial board are preliminary examinated by a chief editor.
Editor in Chief directs materials of researches for examination of the editorial board members and experts in the relevant direction.
According to the results of examination chief editor receives a report on the expediency of scientific papers publication (review).
In the presence of positive reviews the editorial board decides on publication of scientific papers.In the case of at least one negative review article passes internal review and, if necessary, is sent to the author for possible improvements. The final decision on publication of scientific material takes the chief editor The date of publication and issue of the journal, in which the scientific papers will be published, the editors notify the author by email. Terms of making decision – less than 20 days (from the day of registration in the editorial board).

An analysis of parameter convergence is provided, and, the regions of convergence is found by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Analytic, numerical and experimental studies are reported to illustrate and validate the mixed parameter identification and state estimation concept. The motor resistances are identified within practical operating modes. The proposed identification concept with state estimation ensures robustness and reduces shortcomings of identification algorithms. The aforementioned advantages uniquely suit advanced control schemes, such as adaptive and vector controls. Accurate identification of parameters allows one to guarantee optimal and energy-efficient operating envelopes which are of a very significant importance in energy and power systems. The experimental results illustrate that the motor parameters match the real motor parameters. Our findings are applicable in various high-performance energy, power and electromechanical systems.
